"Hi there and Welcome to Screen Academy.

Screen Academy is an acting course, which I have set up in collaboration with some of the North West's leading drama teachers. By combining my experience of performing in some of the biggest Television shows in the Country, with the knowledge of talented and enthusiastic drama tutors and professional film makers, I have put together a course which will give you an insight not only into the art of stage performance, but also acting for the camera.

Added to this you will have the opportunity to work with guest tutors, many of whom are my friends and colleagues from the world of Television and Film".

Screen Academy courses are available to all age groups, adults and children (over 11 years). The course has an emphasis on having fun whilst incorporating many important topics to help those who wish to break into the business achieve their ambitions.

The course will also lead to you producing and starring in a short film or showreel and performing in a live showcase. All students will also
be considered for inclusion onto the books of Screen Artists.

Congratulations to Oliver Hyde and Izaak Poulton who auditioned for a new BBC drama comedy starring Steve Coogan.  No news yet, but fingers crossed!  Also, well done to the Glossop Adults and Glossop Kids classes on their showcase.  Everyone was very pleased and the reviews were very good.  Look forward to doing it again later in the year.
